What this job involves:
The individual will be responsible to promote overall finance governance, track financial KPI’s, month end closing, support strategic initiatives & managing key stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll be our clients’ go-to person for all financial matters and will represent JLL in way to enhance JLL image among various client stakeholders to ensure JLL remains preferred partner in all the future opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Finance Governance
Monthly tracking of E1 & CAAPS KPIs
Implement the best practices the country and monitor it time to time.
Support ongoing enhancement & technology projects aimed at improving our service delivery streams
Assist to prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Participate in Peer reviews of various accounts or functional areas.
Work closely with the Finance and operation teams and perform a deep-dive analysis into the monthly results and present the variance analysis.
Assist in timely closure of open POs and NDC reconciliation
Timely reporting of any issues
Accounting and Reporting
Lead accounts payable and account receivable process to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payment.
Providing appropriate accruals to corporate.
Develop a strong process for internal checks and reconciliations to ensure the sanity of the reports.
Ensure timely and accurate Client reporting and build and manage reporting templates based on client requirement and improve on the same in periodical manner.
Plan and lead month end closure activities and ensure timely and accurate month end closing and reporting.
Support process transition
Team Management
Provide support to Client Finance team and support them in decision making.
Identify team goals and evaluate team progress and guide team in achieving the goals
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture which encourage for new ideas
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with other functional leaders and ensure high quality responses to client.
Be a trusted partner to addressing any concerns or issues a client may have and working with account managers or leadership to resolve them.
Understand client control requirement and ensure a control framework required to meet client standards is designed and always kept effective.

Education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in commerce mandatory.
Master’s Degree in Commerce, or similar education desired.
Minimum 8-12 years of experience in finance and accounting domain.
Multi-national company experience of at least 5 years in recent past.
Team development and management experience
Experience to work in matrix organization
Some audit, process re-engineering & controls experience preferred.
