If any of the words below resonate with you please read on.Ambitious, empowering, innovative, progressive, competitive, evolving, forward thinking, energetic, fast paced, proactive, honest, friendly and sociable.The finance function is led by an inspirational CFO who is creating a high performing culture and forward thinking team that will be challenging but rewarding.Your new roleAs the FP&A Manager you will directly report into an exceptionally gifted and talented Finance Director.This team will be responsible for the consolidation, insightful analysis and commentary into the budgeting, forecasting and outlook processes.The FP&A Manager will be responsible for providing on time, accurate, insightful and value add reporting to key stakeholders both inside and outside of the finance function.This role has multiple responsibilities. And falls into 3 areas:Forecasting and business planning.Core business processes and governance.Strategic delivery.BenefitsBase salary: Up to £50k.Working from home: 3 to 4 days per week. And Bristol 1 to 2 days per week only.Holiday: 25 days per year (excluding bank holidays).Pension.Skills and experience to be successfulA qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).The ability to take data, present it into a clear/logical format, providing insightful commentary helping the business to drive tangible actions.Experience of budgeting and forecasting.Working with financial and non-financial stakeholders ensuring delivery of business processes.Connecting the operational and financial performance through monitoring of KPI’s.What you need to do nowIf you want to join an organisation which is creating a culture of value adding business navigators please apply.
