Job Description : Your New Role
An excellent hybrid opportunity has arisen for a Part Qualified/Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) individual, with substantial experience in Financial Planning & Analysis to join a national business within Financial Services.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of a financial planning process that meets the stakeholders requirements.
Supporting the delivery of the operational and strategic goals.
Developing insight into Group, Business Unit and supporting Function performance gaps, enabling transparency on the success of actions taken within the Business.
Lead the provision of proactive and reactive analytical support to the Executive, Finance and Business Stakeholders and challenging requirements to ensure production of effective insights.
Working closely with the Business and Finance Process Leads to ensure that the planning, reporting and analysis produced are efficiently controlled and deliver insight and value to the business.
Coordinate and manage the strategic plan, annual budget and in-year reforecast process, including inputs form Finance and Business Stakeholders to assist the business in developing its strategy.
Be accountable for the production and management of related SLA’s for all management reporting, including the maintenance of agreed reporting catalogue and updating the related reporting guidelines and governance.
You will be/have
Substantial experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
Good level of accounting knowledge.
Effective communicator both written and verbally.
Work collaboratively with a variety of people within the team and cross-functionally.
Keen eye for detail to ensure information captured is accurate and consistent across the business.
Comfortable in constructively challenging processes and requirements to help maximise efficiencies within the team.
Benefits
Competitive Salary – starting £36,000 dependant on experience.
