Job Description : We are looking for an enthusiastic physiotherapist either working at an advance level, or ready to take that next step joining an experienced team of advanced practitioners and first contact practitioner Physiotherapists (FCPs).

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience of working as an FCP as part of an MDT in primary care as well as in an established MCAT service.

The current vacancy is based in Chiswick PCN, and will involve some Saturday working.

This is a 1-year fixed term post to cover maternity leave.

We encourage applications from Black , Asian minority ethnic candidates and applicants with a disability and or long term health condition as these groups are unrepresented in senior roles.

You will be expected to provide frontline expert screening, assessment and diagnosis of Musculoskeletal conditions to ensure patients are supported to self-manage or receive support from the most appropriate clinical pathway when working as either an FCP or APP

You will be expected to develop links with colleagues within the service, local GP’s, commissioners and secondary care colleagues to ensure delivery of excellent patient focused care. Participate in the development of the community MSK service, audit, staff supervision, service training and continuing professional development.
