Here at 2 Sisters Food Group we are proud to be counted amongst the nation’s key workers with our relentless work helping to feed the UK. Right now, we have exciting opportunities for part-time Production Operatives to join our team in Willand, Devon.
The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday-Friday, 9am – 1pm or 10am – 2pm
The rates of pay are: £10.00 per hour
Main Responsibilities

As a part-time Production Operative, you will be handling, trussing, cutting and packing food products for top tier customers that includes the likes of M&S, Aldi, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. You will be working in a busy chilled factory environment and you will be required to handle raw meat.
No experience is necessary in this role as we will give you all the training that you need to be successful. If you want to progress, we can also offer career development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal part-time Production Operative will have a passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met.
You will need to be comfortable working a chilled food processing environment and working at pace.
If you have experience in a factory or warehouse environment, that is an advantage but is not essential for this role. We will provide full training on site including L1 and L2 Health and Safety Certification.

The Willand factory has been part of Devon’s food manufacturing heritage since 1898 where it started life as an egg processing facility. Steeped in history this site is located on Lloyd Maunder road, which is easily accessed by the M5 or local bus routes. Willand has been part of 2 Sisters since 2008.
