Job Description : HR RECRUITER FREELANCERExperience : 2-3 yrs (Experience in Job recruiting in Dot Net developer )· Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles in Non-IT/ IT.· Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining formalities.· Must have experience in Job portal(Naukri,Indeed,Monster)· Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced.· Should be well versed in using job portals and good at networking with candidates.Should have the general knowledge on all Non-IT/ IT Technologies and tools used.
