Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities: Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computerKeep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls receivedReceive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mailTake inventory of supplies and restock as neededMaintain the general office filing systemPerforming market research.Gathering and processing research data.Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.Assisting the Front Office team.Assisting with inventory control.Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.Timing: 09:30AM to 06:30PM (Monday to Saturday)Qualification Required: B.Com/BA/Diploma or Any GraduateSalary Range: Rs.9,000 to Rs.11,000Experience Required: 1-2 Years of Experience or FresherWork Location: Akota, VadodaraCompany Profile: Companyleading Solution provider, system integrator, innovative consultant and a trustworthy supply partner for all the Information Technology Needs.
