Responsibilities:
Responsible for the technical leadership and implementation of innovative customer-facing client-side web solutions utilizing HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript on both desktop and mobile browsers
Own the development of user experiences and provide ongoing support for our global website and its sister sites
Participate as a member of cross functional teams on a diverse set of projects through the entire development lifecycle
Engage with the design team to translate an idea to the web for consumption by a variety of consumers
Guide a team of front-end developers to build and test innovative web experiences
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience necessary, including experience managing and growing teams
Experience with HTML, CSS/LESS, JavaScript and other front-end technologies
Experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) required
Portfolio to demonstrate front-end development skills preferred
Experience with JIRA and other project management tools
Knowledge of advancements and trends in web design
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Superb collaboration and communication skills
