Job Description : Job Requirement : Qualification : Any GraduateExperience : 01 to 03 yearsLocation: SecunderabadTo receive patient and patient attendants with kind and care.To provide information about Doctors availability, Consultation time, appointments required etc.To check whether patient is new or review consultation. Also checks for any insurance coverage (company).To get the registration forms filled for new patients and make the entries in the system correctly.To collect the consultation fee and registration fee as per Hospital Tariff.To issue Hospital card with registration number and the receipt of payment.To guide patient towards the consultation room.Hand over the patient file to the concerned consultation room.To attend to phone calls and provide necessary information / appointments, if required.To maintain individual Doctors OP register with respective Doctors signature.To maintain Consultant Doctors availability register.To submit the registers to billing / auditing / HR wherever required.To coordinate with the Consultant Doctors to know the visiting time etc.To avoid Crowding in front of OP desk.To serve on first come first serve basis, unless there is an emergency.To ensure patient recreation and refreshment (TV, water etc).To raise indent consumables as per Hospital norms.To maintain discipline and punctuality.To ensure coordination within the department and inter departments.To report all the incidents to Manager – Operations.To attend training and development programs.Skills Required: Good communication skill in Telugu, English and Hindi, good presentation skills, ability to handle multiple task at a given time and computer friendly and good hospitality skills.Interested Candidates may walk in for interview on 28.02.2022 to 01.03.2022 from 11 AM to 3 PM along with updated resume.Address:Sunshine HospitalsParadise CircleSecunderabadWork RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timeEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
