Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for Front-End developer for our Supply Chain Intelligence Suite (SCIS) development team. Our UI development group focuses on translating product design into visual code of the SCIS application. You will work with a very talented team of front-end and back-end developers and UI/UX designers in implementing the graphical designs.
The work is done in an agile development environment and you will be participating in daily scrums, planning and execution of the work. In addition to implementation of your code, you are responsible to test it and create automated test cases for it and deploy your code in a continuous way into production using our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipeline.
As a Front End Developer you will use agile methodologies to:
Develop SCIS UI features with front end technology stack
Participate in agile backlog grooming and planning and execution of your work
Design and develope the UI code as per UX designs
Complete code reviews and design reviews
Deliver work throughout planned iteration
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Participate in Testing cycles for production code
Resolve customer issues on UI

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for an experienced Front End software engineers with key skills in Angular, ReactJS, Vue, Carbon,JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML.
10+ years of total software development experience
Relevant experience of 8+ years developing modular JavaScript & using a common JS framework (Angular 6+, React, Vue)
Development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
Development with AngularJs or similar web application frameworks and web-based application development
User interface architecture/design of components
Experience building responsive and reusable UI/UX components
Working and integrating with APIs
Semantic HTML, modular CSS and JavaScript sans frameworks Cross-browser quirks and compatibility
Asynchronous, non-blocking UIs
Good understanding of Node.js-based toolchain (NPM, Grunt, Gulp)
Browser based debugging and understanding of web fundamentals (Cookies, localStorage, DOM)
Good understanding and use of RDBMS and NoSQL Databases.
Good understanding of unit, behavioral and end-to-end testing (Karma, Cypress, Mocha)
UI Performance mechanisms/patterns (Webworkers, service workers, etc)
Knowledge on ngrx, rxjs
PWA
Technical and operational knowledge of GraphQL query writing
Relevant experience in Microservices and Webservices development
Relevant development experience using Agile development methodology with exposure to TDD
Experience working with Kubernetes/OpenStack or related cloud-native technologies
Experience working with CI/CD processes, DevOps methodologies and tools.
Team Git workflow and version control
Continuous delivery toolchain (Jenkins, Travis, Kubernetes)
Package managers (Yarn, NPM, Bower, etc )
Good understanding of RHEL/Scripting/Commands
Good understanding of Web application firewalls, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic
Good customer experience is also preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with remote office locations
Growth-mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes and quickly apply them to the overall development effort

Knowledge of Supply Chain related processes.
