Job Description : POSITION OVERVIEW: Reporting to Fulfillment Logistics Manager, the Fulfillment Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting clients and vendors and works to ensure Choice Logistics meets client requirements. Working directly with the client, the Fulfillment Logistics Specialist will monitor and manage transportation orders and process client part requests via email, or telephone, while utilizing Control Tower tools and adhering to client business rules. This individual will also provide oversight of the client’s inventory management by reporting, making changes, and investigating inventory inquires. Providing daily monitoring of vendor operational tasks and collaborate with the Regional Field Service Managers to improve performance.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Add value to the Clients Choice Experience· Live order management and execution· Process transactions and order requests from clients· Tracking of all live orders· Engage vendor partners to follow up or resolve service issues or delays· Run daily reports to ensure receipts are processed timely and accurately.· Manage stocking location daily compliance to all Choice processes and procedures.· Perform systemic investigation of transactions to resolve inventory issues in a timely manner.· Provide stocking location on-site support/supervision for moves, training, and client load-ups/exits.· Perform and reconcile MIR.· Create and manage receipts for clients to ensure compliance to receipt requirementsProvide Weekly KPI coding & reporting data to clientUpdate Client & Vendor Service Delivery Issues Trackers· Ad-hoc work as assigned by manager· Partner with the Regional Field Service Manager to ensure that assigned Strategic Stocking Locations remain compliant with inventory procedures.SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Must be articulate, analytical, detail oriented and a team player.Must take initiative and be solution driven.Associates degree preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong knowledge of MS Excel required.Ability to work independentlyAbility to prioritize and multi-task appropriately.Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations is a plus.Strong analytical and follow-up skills.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shift
