Job Description : ITECHX LTD Is looking for a competent Senior Software Engineer who will be responsible to develop/code information systems by studying operations; designing, developing and installing software solutions.Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, have a consistent track record of delivery. Creative engineering balanced with high quality and customer focus. Must be able to work across multiple facets of the project and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time. Strong analytic capability and the ability to create innovative solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking to grow their career in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities: · Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle· Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions· Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code· Stay on the leading edge of development practices· Passionate about great technologies, especially open source· Understand business needs and know how to create the tools to manage them· Create efficient business process flows for company operations· Manage team members from other departments as well such as Graphic Design and Social Media.· Design UI/UX and Develop Full Stack applications from concept to deploymentSkills and Qualifications: · CS/IT/Software Engineering degree holder with 2 years to 5 years’ post-graduation experience in PHP LAMP or MERN/MEAN Stack based web apps development.· Must have mobile app development skills using either React Native or by using RESTful API REST Architecture from server based web app.· Sound concepts of OOP, Databases, Requirement Engineering, Application Architecture and relevant courses.· PHP and latest JavaScript (basics to advance level) are a must. Fluent with functional, imperative and object-oriented languages; must knowledge of MySQL, PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, MongoDB, HTML/CSS3 and especially Angular/Vue/React or similar frontend with React Native for app development or similar cross app dev platform.· Experience coding, testing themes – including all front end functionality and templates – and modules – using contributed modules and developing custom modules as needed.· Experience working in an agile environment, reporting to the project manager.· Experience with mission critical, 24×7 systems and servers, server management, deployment, backups, uptime etc.· Experience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations.· Manipulates MySQL/MongoDB database as needed to achieve tactical and strategic goals.· Assists with maintenance of landing pages and templates.· Supports other Web initiatives that serve to enhance and promote our online presence.Soft skills & proficiencies: · Requirements Analysis· Programming, Testing and Architecture Design Skills· App Development Skills· Multitask· Communication Skills· Results Oriented· High Energy· Self-MotivatedBenefits: · 14 days leave holidays + 14 public holidays in Pakistan.· Never work on your birthday again!· Competitive salary and rewards.Job Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: Rs30,000.00 – Rs50,000.00 per month
