Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities (Full Stack Development Trainer): 1. Will provide training on MEAN and MERN stack.2. Mentoring the students through project-based learning and supporting them to complete the technology-based projects on time.3. Will be conducting in-house as well as corporate training for our esteemed clients and supporting the software development life cycle.4. Conducting technical training for fresher and experienced resources.5. Developing, understanding, and implementing different methods of measuring the effectiveness of training programs.6. Delivering lectures & conducting online lab sessions. Developing innovative and quality content for lectures to help facilitate the delivery of lectures in an interesting and interactive manner.7. Continuously improve the delivery experience to ensure that experience of students is at the industrial level.8. Coordinate with different teams regarding TNA (Training Need Analysis).9. Revising technical training programs according to organizational requirements.10. Observe and evaluate the results of training programs.11. Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.12. Good Communication and presentation skills.Skills Required: Expertise in topics like GIT, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Typescript, Angular, NodeJs, Express, MongoDB, Microservices, Swagger, Streams & Socket, Docker, CI-CD, Web Technology, Database & Dev Fundamentals, etc.Should have a good exposure on MongoDB, Express, AngularJS, NodeJS, ReactJS, PHP, Frameworks, etc.Should have a least 3-4 years of relevant industrial experience.Should have exposure to R&D activities.Should have customer-facing technical presentation skills.Should have direct experience in Full Stack MEAN/MERN technologies.Passion for teaching and training.Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver highly interactive lectures are a must-have.Should possess the maturity to handle different types of learners.Roles & Responsibilities (Cloud Computing Trainer): Training in the following roles: Modifying and improving existing systems. Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives. Designing, developing, and deploying modular cloud-based systems. Developing and maintaining cloud solutions by best practices. Ensuring efficient functioning of data storage and processing functions by company security policies and best practices in cloud security. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues. Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.Skills Required: Degree in computer science or a similar field. At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of cloud computing. Experience with CI/CD systems.Experience with SysOps.Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications are preferred.
