Job Description : Our client is expertise in delivering software products and building high performance teams for Start ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Tasks

Hands-on coding for normal or major/complex parts of assigned projects and providing

coding help and supervision to junior team members.

Planning, estimation, requirement analysis, database designing, wireframing, layout

design of the assigned project and other ongoing projects in a team with Developer /

Designer.

Maintaining and auditing code/design quality as per set guidelines and standards in

assigned projects.

Verifying completed tasks in ongoing projects in the team before sending updates to

reporting authority/client.

Remove the technical impediments and focus on the team to ensure on-time delivery of

the agreed task.

Facilitating code/design reuse
Training and mentoring of team members.
Leading and motivating the team to excel in functional, technical and overall quality of

the project deliverables

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of and 4 – 6 years practical experience in JavaScript and related

libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS, Vue.js, Angular, etc.

Advanced knowledge of and 4 – 6 years practical experience in writing server-side

applications using JavaScript (Node.js), SQL / No SQL databases like PostgreSQL,

MongoDB

3+ years of experience in Unit testing frameworks like Jest, Chai, Mocha, Jasmine, etc
2+ years of experience in code reviews, peer reviews, code audits.
2+ years of experience in setting up basic CI / CD tools and cloud architecture for Web

Applications and interested in how to make them highly available, scalable and secure.

Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds, Web markup, including

HTML5 and CSS3

Has experience with understanding and resolving performance bottlenecks in the

frontend, backend, infrastructure components of the project.

Strong understanding of synchronous and asynchronous request handling and when to

choose tools like Messaging Queues (SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc)

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate to stakeholders at

all levels so that you can take good long term decisions for the project.

2+ years of experience with and an accurate understanding of Agile manifesto, principles

and methodologies, like Scrum and Kanban.
