We are looking for a Marketing Manager for Merchant GrabFood. If you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you. This role is required because we want to ensure our merchant satisfaction and love remain high. In return, you will get an opportunity to grow yourself and contribute to the success of your merchants.
The Day-to-Day Activities
You lead Go to Market plan of various communication campaign or new feature development
You manage team members, coaching and develop them for their success
You will collaborate with various functional teams, including Merchant ops and Campaign team to develop communication that resonate to merchants or eaters.
You develop merchant marketing strategies that unable to grow both their revenue and love towards GrabFood
You are responsible for NPS of merchant and revenue target
The Must-Haves
You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility
You have Marketing related experience with minimum 5 years
Creativity to craft project related to get Mex Love
Strong knowledge and experience in Digital marketing, channel marketing, social media, email marketing, push notification and PR
Strong project management, organized and attention to detail
Solid leadership with ability to balance between result and development
Proficiency in using Google sheet, Slide, Doc
Preferable from F&B/Tech/ECommerce/FMCG industry
