Job Description : Deals provide an opportunity for faster growth, development of stronger capabilities, accelerated operational transformation, value realisation and protection. We draw upon our deals experience across many industries to support and partner with our clients. The insight we create, coupled with the Intelligent Digital tools and methodologies which we use to get to and evaluate the data that matters, and contributes to the success of our clients in all Deals situations. Here you’ll put together major mergers and acquisitions and resolve business crises. You’ll work on anything from international take-over bids to economic crime investigations and cases of insolvency.

Forensics Rights Management
Our global team of licensing professionals conduct reviews across a range of multinational companies on behalf of our clients who represent some of the largest organisations globally. Using a range of skill sets, we work to ensure the completeness and accuracy of fees reported by customers to our clients for the use of their intellectual property.

As part of this role our team members have regular client contact and interaction, the opportunity to travel and a clear pathway to build a career in a busy and supportive team with clear plans for future growth.
Graduate Programme

What you’ll do
As part of its daily work our team collates and analyses data, address discrepancies, summarise findings, and ensures continuous project management. You will be responsible for your own caseload, meeting deadlines agreed with clients, and will be actively encouraged to contribute to the development and improvement of program delivery and efficiency.

More specifically, as a member of our team you will have the opportunity to:
manage the delivery of multiple software license compliance reviews to agreed timeframes and budgets, with assistance from other colleagues within the teambuild your own network of relationships with the global clients that we work with on a daily basistravel within Europe and further afield while undertaking on site client engagements as well as interacting with our clients at their officesbuild a career amongst a team with progression opportunities and a clear plan for further growth.
What you’ll gain
You’ll study to become a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI).
What you’ll need
You’ll need to have or be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you’re on course for a 2.1 based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study.
