Where does this role fit within Ted’s Team?

As a key member of the Group finance team, to deliver high quality internal and external consolidated reporting including monthly finance board pack (P&L and balance sheet), Annual Report, Interim Report.

Main responsibilities:
Consolidation of half year and year end reporting, managing the audit and deliver the external reporting including half year report and annual report.
Provision of technical accounting support and guidance across the business.
Annual statutory accounts preparation for non-trading entities.
Review of financial information received from Joint Ventures.
Oversight of intercompany balances across the Group to ensure elimination.
Reconciliation between managements and statutory accounting, with the objective of eliminating these differences
Development of processes to enable consistent, timely Group reporting
Preparation of accounting papers on areas which involve judgement and/or risk for the Audit Committee
Review of balance sheet reconciliations to identify potential risks and opportunities and ensure compliance with group policies and procedures.
Development of a group accounting policies and procedures framework.
Technical support for corporate projects.
Development of the consolidation and reporting systems.
