We are currently recruiting a dynamic Group Financial Controller to lead our Finance team.

We are looking for:
Accurate and timely processing of all accounting, controlling and financial aspects of the business whilst providing commercial insight and analysis, promotion of change, business growth and improvements.
Financial control including full audit trails, minimisation of debtor controls, risk elimination, stock control, cash management and company billing.
Financial and commercial responsibilities: analysis of financial results, preparation of financial papers for the Board of Directors, monthly / tertial management accounts, annual budget process, treasury / liquidity planning.
Maintenance and development of IT, accounting and reporting systems.
Compliance from an auditory and legal perspective.
Excellent relationship management (internally and externally).
Successful team management whilst promoting a professional image with a caring and helpful attitude to ensure consistent and continual high service standards.
