The ideal candidate must demonstrate an expert level marketing knowledge and have a true passion for marketing automation, along with a ‘sleeves rolled up’ mindset.Reporting to the CMO of Joi Gifts, you will be responsible for: Creating growth hacking strategies to drive a world-class inbound engine (deploying customer.io)Developing and executing complex email, push notification and SMS automation strategiesDesigning and documenting journey blueprints in collaboration and alignment with key stakeholdersStrategizing and maintaining a calendar designed to attract a targeted audience (special offers, blog posts, bundles, etc.)Growing new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, e-mail campaigns, push notifications and customer acquisition content (including offers)Continually looking for new ways to generate sales and manage targeted list developmentEstablishing closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customersConducting A/B testing, as well as customer, competitor, and product research, generating monthly campaign reportsLeveraging industry best practices and campaign insights to challenge conventional thinking and provide new and innovative approaches to reaching diverse audiences through marketing automationEngaging in strategic and technical discussions with internal team members and client contactsNeed to have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing research, business administration or related field3+ years of digital strategy and product management experience in an agency or large organization2+ years of e-commerce email automation expertise and App marketing automationSolid experience with marketing automation (Customer.io, or Hubspot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skillsPossess an integrated background with online/offline expertiseAbility to confidently consult on marketing automation and marketing strategy, usage, results, and findingsDemonstrate superior oral and written English skillsNice to have: Be a subject matter expert for the customer.io account, integrated data processes, and connected systems maintain a calendarMarketing automation experience – preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or Customer.ioHubspot certificationWorking proficiency of HTMLJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
