We are looking to recruit a competent Medical Coder to assist us with coding Medical documentation. for insurance claims and for our databases.Responsibilities: Extracting relevant information from patient records.Liaising with physicians and other parties to clarify information.Examining documents for missing information.Ensuring documents are grammatically correct and free from typing errors.Ensuring compliance with medical coding policies and guidelines.Requirement: 06 Months- 1 Year experience in medical coding, knowledge base area medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, medical records, multispecialty coding (HCC Department preferably)AAPC Coding certification, AHIMA Certification, good analytical skills and expertise to be proficient inaccurately coding medical records utilizing ICD-10-CM & CPT Conventions especially emergency room coding.Strong ability to interpret Medical records of the patients in different specialties.
