Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities:Coordination with the software developers to solve Bugs & Requirements.Co-ordination with users to understand the Queries and resolving day to day issuesTesting of New Requirements & BugsDrafting functional requirements for ERP to represent the processes and functions involved.Guiding the users in using various modules and the management for various functional issues.Planned internal and external meetings, and participated in internal projects.Provided technical input to develop, check and maintain ERP systems upkeep.Developed user manuals and participated in knowledge transfer sessions.Development & Customization of existing & new print formats using Crystal Reports for ERP.Conducted training session for users to keep them updated about the systemCoordinated in implementing various new functionalities.The candidate MUST know how to operate Far-vision Software version 4.5Handling / Manage and set priorities for the maintenance, development, and evaluation of Farvision software, including Data Centers , LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless implementations, and so on.Monitoring module progress on Farvision as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks and taking necessary steps to ensure completion within time, cost and effort parameters.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per yearBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementLife insurancePaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All Covid Protocols are thoroughly followed.Ability to commute/relocate:Zirakpur, Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 10 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
