Job Description : As a Head of Business Development, you will play a key role growing your team, also focusing on the development of innovative sales and marketing solutions that will drive revenue of AnyMind Group. Strengthen the network with Brands and understanding customer trends
What You’ll Do
Manage and control Business Development Department and liaise to Management.
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets with the team and expand network specifically in direct Brands
In-depth understanding of digital landscapes & trends also understand Client’s business needs and objectives
Understand and effectively communicate AnyMind Group value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships to grow current and prospective client accounts
Who You Are
Bachelor Degree of Marketing or Communication
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the digital advertising industry, as well as 3 years of experience in Managerial Level. Strong portfolio in Brands
Candidate should demonstrate passion for digital technology and its use in driving revenue and customer satisfaction
Proven ability to understand customer needs, build and maintain relationships, and create innovative solutions
Well experience in projects such media buying, influencer marketing and creatives are preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
Team player, has leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
