Job Description : Hasura is looking to hire a Head of Developer Advocacy & Community to lead our developer relations team and help supercharge awareness and adoption of Hasura among developer audiences. As a part of your role, you will manage and lead a team of dev advocates and community managers, grow and nurture our developer community as well as collaborate with external developer communities and developer advocates from similarly aligned companies to broaden awareness of Hasura within key target segments. Within the company, you will also act as the voice of these developer communities, and influence product and marketing roadmaps.Hasura has a large and engaged developer community, as well as a team of high performance developer advocates and community manager ICs. The developer relations team at Hasura is responsible for all our developer channels: blog, tutorials, social media and our community forums. They make it easy for developers to build with Hasura, build a structure so our community can give feedback that informs our products and documentation, create educational programs & learning materials for the community, cultivate developer communities and inspire influencers to become rabid fans. They will also focus on driving the adoption of Hasura across the globe.The ideal candidate is growth-minded and data-driven and capable of wearing two hats: you will spend 50% of your time as a developer advocate and 50% of your time managing & leading the team. You will be reporting directly to the co-founder and COO at Hasura.### Roles and Responsibilities:Drive developer awareness & mindshare goals by educating developers in target communities about Hasura.Manage and grow Hasura’s developer community and help them achieve success.Manage a team of talented ICs and managers to help you with both of the above.Manage and grow our content programs – developer tutorials, community content and other content to help grow awareness among the developer community including working with partners such as developer publications and other developer partnerships.Build a robust content marketing strategy to help grow our content programs.Coordinate developer awareness and community efforts with the larger marketing team’s activities.Drive experiments that help scale our devrel & community efforts and their impact.
