As a Head of Digital Growth you will be:
Leading the Marketing department and overseeing all marketing activities and effective campaigns in the business Globally
Increasing opportunities for revenue generation through multiple channels and assessing new marketing opportunities for generating business
Developing and communicating a clear marketing vision for each product / Country
Responsible for developing and implementing the ENTERTAINER’s long term strategic and annual business plan, and the ongoing development of the ENTERTAINER including brand awareness and positioning
Leading and developing a large, diverse team and reinforcing relationships with clients, media representatives, and other business partners
Creating and executing a robust digital strategy, including social media content.
Setting marketing goals, KPI’s and objectives and managing Marketing budget
Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends, competitors, and technology changes that impact the business
Driving change and incremental revenue by moving from a descriptive to a predictive/prescriptive data analytics model to drive acquisition, retention and engagement, and reduce churn
Building a culture of innovation to grow the company and drive digital transformation
Experience required
10+ years of senior digital marketing leadership experience, in a similar role and industry
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, data analytics or other related field
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to successfully motivate and develop a high performance team.
Proven experience in Loyalty Marketing, maintaining and nurturing a user community, and driving incremental engagement from a segmented user base
Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, SalesForce, etc.
A proven track record of setting up and building a social community for a major brand.
Excellent ability to build strong and lasting relationships, interact and influence others at all levels within and outside of the organisation
A proven record of determining the marketing strategy and creative ideas through data mining techniques.
Effective problem-solving skills, takes ownership and demonstrates resourcefulness in challenging situations
Highly analytical and be able to make data-driven decisions and establish effective metrics to approach marketing strategy and spend
Experienced in managing processes, advocate of organizational change, drives strong team collaboration, with a sense of urgency to achieve results in line with the budget
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
Excellent organizational and time management skills
