Job Description : What we’re looking forWe are looking for an experienced Financial Controller who has a passion for start-up and FinTech movements. You’ll need to have a proven track record of working within a financial institution in a similar role and suitably qualified.You’ll be working across multiple internal teams including, sales, risk and operations and will be supporting the business through huge growth plans.How you’ll contributeThe main responsibilities for the role will include: Preparation of monthly Information pack, including consolidated balance sheet, revenue account and commentary.General ledger reconciliations and validationsPreparation of financial statementsLiaising with the Statutory Auditors.Assisting and liaising with the AuditorsAssistance in overview of daily cash management.Assistance in reviewing and assisting the transaction teamMaintenance of processes and proceduresAssisting in the ongoing process improvement processesLiaising with other company departments, treasury, credit risk and operations as examples.You should apply if you have: 5+ years of experience within a similar roleQualified as a financial accountantExperience within a Tech/FinTech environment is an advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent communication skillsYou will be a perfect fit with the team if: You are comfortable and unapologetic to rewrite the rulebookYou have an entrepreneurial growth mindsetYou are action and solution-orientatedYou are driven to do right by the customerJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £50,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to Friday
