About The Role
Head of Strategic and Digital Marketing Pocari Sweat will lead all digital activities and communication for Pocari Sweat through a powerful and innovative digital marketing campaigns. This role requires strong agility with a strong analytical, data-driven minded, and high passionate especially on digital.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for digital campaign planning, deployment, and optimization effort across all digital platforms: social media, partnership, influencers, website, apps.
Evaluate, monitor trends, and digital marketing space including key metrics benchmarking in competitive landscape, exploration of new platforms/new initiatives, features, and ways to expand reach and drive quality leads.
Working closely with ATL and BTL team within Pocari Sweat team, and manage digital agencies and other parties related to digital activities to ensure digital campaign works well
Requirements:
Bachelor/ Master degree in marketing, communications, or related fields from reputable universities
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing from FMCG company/Digital Agencies are preferred which include hands-on experience in campaign planning to monitoring execution.
Strong logic equipped with good analytical skills and data driven minded, ability to convert/ translate data into clear actionable insights and action plans.
Highly passionate for digital world and high willingness to seek new digital innovation.
Good command, written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
