Brief Description of the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Gastroenterology ward at Bradford Royal infirmary. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join and complement our hard working dedicated team of staff to provide a high level of care to our patients, who have a range of Gastroenterology problems such as liver disease, problems with gut function and inflammatory bowel disease.
The successful candidate should be able to provide fundamental high quality care to our patients in support of and supervised by a registered nurse within a busy ward. They should possess excellent communication skills and be able to interact well within the multidisciplinary team.
Summary of most important experience/skills/qualifications required:
You need to have experience of working in a healthcare setting in a clinical supporting role
NVQ level 2 in health care or equivalent.
GCSE level or equivalent including english and maths at grade c or above.
