Job Description : Job Responsibilities:Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the candidates from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. .Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.Managing all the functions from employee joining to leaving formalitiesWorking out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the same.Formulating and implementing increment, incentive and other reward policies.Managing the appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the performanceAppraisal system linked to Reward ManagementIssue Confirmation / graduation letters to concerned employees after the appraisal procedure.Review performance, seniority for promotion / progression and related documentationMaintaining employee files / records.Efficient management and maintenance of staff records.Assist in leave and attendance administrative work.Update and generate HR reports as per requirement.Assists in coordination of company-wide events and other initiatives.Perform various clerical and administrative functions.Employee database management / MIS.Employee full and final settlement procedures, exit interviewAssist the legal division in drafting and issuing notice / letters.Expertise in It recruitmentWorked on multiple web developer & Designer Recruitment profiles for (PHP, WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Java, SEO, Web Designer etc…)Arranging the various employee Engagement activities & events at organization.
