IBM’s Tech Re-Entry program is looking for talented technical professionals who are looking to restart their technical careers after an absence from the workforce of 12 months or more. This returnship will enable you to work on projects that match your expertise, interests, and abilities and could lead to full-time employment. During your IBM Tech Re-Entry program, you will have the opportunity to update your skills in a contemporary work environment. You will have access to the latest tools and technologies available and work alongside a multi-disciplinary teams to hone your expertise and deliver on client-critical solutions. You’ll be able to experience the breadth of IBM resources while developing new skills and relationships.
Re-Entry hires participate in ~6 month program to refresh skills and prepare for transition to full time opportunities. The experience provides personalized technical learning to update and gain additional skills; earning badges and credentials along the way

Your Role and Responsibilities
TechreIN
Assists clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support Applications.
Demonstrating strong knowledge of enterprise issues related to IT architecture.
As a Adobe Developer, you will develop and move data from the operational and external environments to the business intelligence environment.
Skills include designing and developing extract, transform and load (ETL) processes.
Coordinate with multiple technical teams to ensure apt integration of functions to identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
Consider both business and technical audiences
Participate client meetings and interactions to explain the solution approach Profile
Provide expertise in application development to evaluate and select development methods, processes, best practices and tools
Translate complex functional, technical and business requirements into architectural designs using industry best practices and owns the solution Blueprint
You will define best practices in the critical evaluation, selection and/or development of the software components and hardware requirements of applications and data.
Provide architecture services for Adobe Marketing Cloud (AEM/CQ5, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Social etc.)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Demonstrable experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Minimum 4+ years of experience in AEM skill
Expertise in Adobe tool as a Developer is mandatory
Experience in Java Backend and Front end technologies
Experience in Sling and J Query
Good to have – Experience on Campaign
Experience in client facing role
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Good to have certification in Adobe
AMS and Dev Ops experience is added advantage
Very good development experience CQ5 is must
Experience in integration with large applications End to End
