Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing and potential brand partners.
Negotiate with brand partners to attract partnership deals and ensure that the partnership aligns with the business’ objectives and strategy.
Gain a thorough understanding of partners’ offerings and preferences to build mutually beneficial partnerships.
Produce reports and conduct evaluations to determine the partnership’s effectiveness and future improvements.
Work closely with Mmarketing and Ccreative team in executing the partnership.
REQUIREMENTS:
Male or Female between 22-28 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
Have at least 1 years of experience in Partnership, Sales, or Business Development from digital marketing agency, media, publisher, KOL agency, or e-commerce.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and tracking is an advantage.
Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
Able to work in a team and independently.
Adaptable and a fast learner with a can-do attitude.
Highly persuasive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
