Job Description

Responsible for delivering topline and bottom-line for E commerce Business
Responsible for delivering individual category targets
Handling team of Category, Customer Service, Operations and Marketing
Expanding to markets where physical stores are not present
Work out on logistics models for different product lines
Onboarding of sellers to the platform for non-core categories
Co-ordination with the tech team for continuous improvement
Competition mapping and quick responding to customer needs
Managing the external agencies involved in the transactions
Creating promotions
Identifying business opportunities by introducing online exclusive products
Liasoning with store teams on conversion of leads
