Job Description : Preparation of Instrument List, IO List and Instrument Datasheets.Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products, AutoCAD for instrumentation drawings preparation.Preparation of Field Instrument Location Layout, Remote IO Panel/Junction Box Location Layout, Air Header Location Layout, HMI Location Layout.Preparation of Cable Tray routing layout, Control room Layout.Preparation of Instruments Hookup Drawings.Preparation of Cable Schedules, Air Header schedules and RIO Mapping/Schedules.Interdisciplinary co-ordination with Electrical/Civil/HVAC/Piping/Process/Project department.Preparation of Tender documents for floating enquiries to vendors, Participate in Technical and Commercial bid analysis.Review of Instruments GA drawings.Graduate in instrumentation engineering from an accredited university.Minimum one year of experience working as site engineer in Pharmaceutical Industry will be additional.Knowledge on Building Management System (BMS), Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), Door interlock system will be an added advantage.Individual will be expected to be creative and innovative ideas to address urgent and/or complex problems and propose solutions and have the ability to work autonomously on assignments and projects.Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent organizational and time utilization skills.Able to prepare As built drawings for instrumentation.Note : Hands on experience with CAD is must.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹11,826.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
