Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
As an Integration Architect, you would be responsible for engaging with with the client and other key stakeholdes and performing requirement analysis, solution design,

development, review, and testing for middleware solutions/interfaces on IBM Integration Platform of Products This role will provide you an opportunity to work with multiple IBM stakeholders across huge technology landscape, differnt projects and timezones at IBM as well collaborate other partner ecosystems, in deliverying excellant value for customers.

What you’ll do:
Be a trusted Advisor of the Customer on Integration space.
Work for smooth delivery of assigned projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment
Ensure & maximize team’s technical capability of IBM product stack .
Be a hands-on person, and deliver. Essentially walk the talk.
Will be involved in product installation/ configurations, trouble shooting (performance, 3rd party integrations, security), deliver class room training etc.
Based on customer requirements, deliver the deployment
Contribute towards development of deployment accelerators, articles and cook books.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Mandatory
Must have experience in IIB 9.0, IIB v10.0, IBM App Connect V11.0 and IBM WebSphere MQ
8+ years strong IBM Integration Bus, Java, XPath/XSLT, ESQL & XML skills
Adapters, Broker Patterns, ESQL, DFDL,XML, XSLT mapping and usage of SOAP,HTTP, TCP-IP and JMS protocols
Experience in architecture principles, system integration, technical sizing, high availability aspects, integration best practices
Integration knowledge of event-based integration, pub-sub, and request-reply, synchronous-asynchronous mechanism
Deep knowledge of Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus product in all areas (Dev,Admin).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

8 – 10 years of Work experience
IIB Administration skills, IIB certification and JAVA,J2EE background
Nice to have familiarity with project management and systems development life cycle processes, tools, concepts and methodologies.
Nice to have other coding language experience like PL/SQL
Nice to have experience with Source Control tool like SVN,CVS, GitHub, GitLab
Demonstrates excellant verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team
