Job Description : Position Duties

Learning APIs (REST and SOAP).
Understanding Cvent’s API services.
Understanding marketing automation systems / CRMs.
Learning Scribe Online Integration Platform.
Implement client integration projects using TIBCO Scribe.
Providing support for any post production integration issues.
Engineering efficient solutions to minimize stress to source and target systems.
Work directly with Cvent clients and maintain project timelines.
Promote new and innovative approaches to address business challenges and problems.
Set and manage expectations with senior stakeholders while managing several tasks

Candidate Requirements

The candidate should be B-Tech/MCA with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in integration projects.
Knowledge about Scribe Software or any other middleware like Dell Boomi, Informatica, Zapier is a good to have.
Basic understanding of API’s, SOAP Web Services and RESTful Principles.
Proficiency in Apex, Javascript, similar and basic understanding of relational databases, data structures, SQL.
Must be articulate, detail oriented and can multi task.
Resilience and ability to handle stressful situations effectively while managing several tasks.
Experience in customer support is a good to have.
