Job Description : RM Recruit are working with a Warwickshire based Not for Profit organisation to recruit a Bookkeeper for their team. This contract will have a 3 month duration with the option of Part-Time or Full-Time.Your duties would be to carry out the day-to-day finance duties as required such as but not limited to:Bank reconciliationsSales Ledger reconciliations and invoicingPurchase ledger reconciliations and invoicingSupplier Payment runs and sending Remittance AdviceSupport the Finance Manager in any tasks as requiredThe software used is Sage 50 and is essential for any candidate to have prior experienceThis role can be either full-time 37.5 Hours or part-time 30 Hours but does require work to be split evenly across working days (Monday-Friday working week). This is a hybrid role with only one day in the office working.This role will suit applicants who are AAT qualified or equivalent and who have hands on experience of using Sage 50.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporaryContract length: 3 monthsPart-time hours: 35 per weekSalary: £14.00-£15.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Accounting: 1 year (preferred)bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)Reference ID: RM0BK1
