Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Scope the business for SOX purposes with management and internal auditors
Work out a plan to implement the key controls in time for Q1 reporting
implement the key controls and provide training and guidance to the finance team
Reconcile trial balance as per local books to numbers in reporting tool
Perform variance analysis of current quarter to previous quarter and prior year and provide supporting documentation if the movement exceeds a secondary, higher threshold.
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
Experience of internal controls reporting and SOX
Experience in a financial modelling, planning & analysis-focused role
US GAAP knowledge
