Job Description : ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess areas of significant business risk.Compile and implement annual internal audit planConduct system audit and identify shortcomings in the recording of transactions and suggest appropriate steps to be taken.Conduct surprise stock audit and suggest appropriate measures in case of any discrepancy.Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to ManagementOverall supervision of planned annual auditsInternal Auditor Requirements1. 3-5 years of work experience in internal audit environment.2. Exceptional accounting skills3. Analytical thinker and strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.4. Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines6. Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills7. Qualification: B.com/ M.com8. Previous experience of Retail Fashion Industry preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:Internal audits: 3 years (Preferred)
