UK students advisory.Able to build the team & able to manage the team .Preference British counsel certified counsellor.Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills. Confident presenter. Taking messages and dealing with it appropriately **Contacting candidates, arranging interviews and adding new candidates on to company databases. Matching applicants to suitable courses at Universities and working towards University application process Allocate the applications to each Consultant and track the application process. Verify the student applications to Universities with required documents before forwarding to HO.Assist students on entire application process with regular follow up until enrolment from initial enquiry Assisting in Student visa application Facebook, Online, Email marketing for Lead generation Organising and attending career council events Visit to Colleges, Schools, IELTS centres as part of outdoor marketing Manage the Education Consultant and check their performance Supporting senior members of the team Any other duties as directed in relation to the job role.In a recruitment role you will need to be resilient, a strong team player, driven, ambitious and motivated. Good IT skills including Excel, Power Point, databases and internet research.Excellent organisation and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment.
