The International Treasury manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure Getir’s optimal capital structure in terms of financing, cash investment and financial risk management. They will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company’s cash flow, executing local and cross border payments (suppliers, tax, payroll etc.), identifying the company’s financial risk (credit risk, currency risk, liquidity risk, counter-party risk and mitigating such risks through appropriate financial instruments.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the relations with banks and other 3rd parties in financial services.
Responsible for executing funding process through banking and capital markets, owning the relationships with the lenders.
Ensure the compliance of treasury operations in-line with Group policies and procedures.
Execute Treasury FX transactions as part of daily cash management process in line with Group’s FX hedging strategies and handle hedging documentation process i.e. ISDA/CSA
Understanding of country / region specific regulations about payments & collections.
Execute local and cross border payments (suppliers, tax, payroll etc.) accurately and on time.
Work closely with wider finance teams to prepare actual and forecasted cash flow statements and proactively involve in cash management process.
Take an active role to prepare below the line of the P&L, provide accurate reporting, analysis and forecasts.
Monitor the monthly bank reconciliations.
Review all agreements and documents with banks and other financial institutions.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reporting for senior management and Finance, providing information on cash, debt and FX exposure.
Developing solutions for process improvements/efficiencies and its implementation of Treasury operations.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years experience especially both in Corporate Treasury and Corporate Banking
Fluent in Spanish
Strong experience of cash, debt and financial risk management with various instruments.
Strong knowledge about Financial Markets, Financial Instrument, Money Market, FX Market, Macro economy.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Proven ability to work well in cross functional teams and develop strong working relationships across all levels.
Strong interpersonal skills and people management.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
Must be based in the UK and have working rights for the UK.
