Job Description : Partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to fully understand business needs in order to effectively gather and document business requirementsEvaluates requirements against existing business and system processesData collection collation from various national and international sourcesCreates models to identify, validate, document and communicate business requirements and organize them into a comprehensive and understandable to-be state to ensure that the client understands both the requirements and the results of changes to the system(s)Publishes, distributes and ensures sign-off of business requirementsCommunicates technical issues to non-technical users/clients or Controls all changes through a formalized change request process, assessing the impact of requirement changes, and updating requirements appropriatelyWorks with the Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure that test plans, test scripts and test conditions are based on the business and system requirementsWorks with Customer Support, Training and Documentation teams to confirm that documentation reflects how the software functionsDevelop requirements specifications such as Business Requirements Document, SRS, FRS, use cases, wire-frames UI side, process flows according to standard templatesWill interact with business users and managers and all levels of IT.Serve as the conduit between the users, software development and the QA team through which requirements flowTeam player, strong problem solving and analytical skillsRequired Qualification : 1) Communication and Collaboration.2) Soft Skills and Noble Thought.3) Understanding of Relevant Tools.4) Security Skills.5) Automation Skills.6) Coding and Scripting.
