Reporting to the Head of Operations the IT Manager will be responsible for a team of 2 and accountable for the following:
Managing our Microsoft O365 and Azure portals (including Endpoint, AAD, Microsoft Defender)
Supporting the enhancement and drive full use of MS suite including SharePoint, Teams etc
Managing our IT Support Provider
All IT & Data Security Policies and compliance
Project managing a range of IT initiatives including (potential mergers of small acquisitions, systems replacements & decommissioning, IT enhancements)
Advise and manage the set-up and oversight of Development Environments for Web App development and testing
Acting as the escalation point and face of IT to stakeholders in the business both in the UK and US
Oversight and support of Company wide reporting infrastructure (PowerBI) providing technical support and development in relation to data extraction and database management
Requirements

Minimum requirements:
Experience of Microsoft 365 portal management including Teams, security, compliance & sharepoint
EndPoint security Portal management
AAD Portal Management
Gaining and renewing Cyber Essentials Plus certification
Additional Requirements
3rd Party Supplier Management
mobile Contract Management
Web Apps development and environment management, PowerApps and Flows in MS environments
Database management and PowerBI integration, data extraction
MS Security & Compliance design of phsihing campaigns and user education following the completion
Comfortable delivering end user briefings and training on Data Protection and online safety basics
Intune – Conditional Access set up and management,
