Please visit www.mangofinance.net for more information.Get to know the role: You will be overseeing and managing IT projects, and the digitization of its microfinance platformYour primary role will be in project managing Mango Finance’s external software vendorsYou will also need to ensure the upkeep and smooth running of the company’s platforms and softwaresAs the IT expert of the company, you will need to ensure that all staff are familiar with, and are trained in, any new platforms and systems introducedKey responsibilities: Project manage and liaise with Mango Finance’s external software vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveryPlan, lead, and execute internal user acceptance testing (UAT) before signing off on deliverables from vendorsProactively identify, or gather requirements from Mango Finance staff and management team, for future platform and systems improvements, and raise recommendationsManage and monitor the performance and stability of Mango Finance’s platforms, servers, and systems, and recommend upgrades or solutions when requiredCreate and manage user accounts for access control for new and existing staffLead training of staff for to ensure familiarity and understanding in any new systems and technologiesOther tasks assigned by Mango Finance’s managementMust-haves: Degree in Computer Science or Software EngineeringAt least five (5) years working experience in IT software coordination and/or implementationExperience in project managing internal teams and/or external vendorsFull-stack development experience not required, but will be preferredGood communication skills (verbal and written), and most time will be spent communicating with, and managing, internal and external stakeholdersFlexible and able to operate in fast-paced, dynamic, and uncertain environmentsFluency in written and spoken English is a mustJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Joining bonusApplication Question(s):What kind of software engineering experience do you have?Are you willing to eventually relocate to Cambodia?Experience:Software Engineering: 4 years (Required)IT Project Management: 2 years (Required)Front-End Web Development: 2 years (Required)API Integration: 2 years (Required)Application Deadline: 06/03/2022
