Should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferrably Oracle technologies.2. Must take ownership in handling end – end recruitment activity (IT/ Non-IT)2. Immense working knowledge on Job Portals, Application Tracking system, Job Posting3. Hands-on expereince in Sourcing, Screening, Telecalling, schedule Interviews effectively as per the requirement.4. Coordinate with the team mates and HR manager , Management as required to work on the Hiring process.5. Must have experience in Negotiating employment terms and also engage in admin activities.6. Must be proactive with Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)7. Will be part of the onboard and offboard process as well as other HR Employee related processes and activites8. The candidate should be good individual and team player.Preferred Skills:1. Good interpersonal and time management skills2. Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems3. Proficient in Microsoft Office4. Oracle Recruitment Experience5.
