As a Graphic Designer, you will have a direct hand in Mediaqart’s success as you’ll own the company’s design strategy and work closely on mapping out the brand image and product story through innovative, powerful, and creative designs. The right person will be comfortable in an ownership environment, loves problem-solving and thrives in high-demanding start-up culture.About you & what you’ll do: Work with the Design Lead to design & deliver projects end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyondYou have the flair of craftsmanship to produce the designs for websites, product graphics, social media and banners, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns, and email templates, infographics etc.Consult with marketing, copy-writing and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate cultures and goalsWork with the digital head & digital marketing team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs storiesDesign projects to make simple, elegant creatives based on our complex automation and machine learning technologyKeep up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in graphic designing.What you’ll need: Must have experience from Designing for a Website as a product company, preferably a Digital Marketing Platform.A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a digital graphic designing position (not print media)In-depth knowledge & experience designing creative posts for various social media platform: Facebook & Instagram, Google Display Ads, Email Marketing CampaignsExtensive experience with Illustrator; Photoshop, specifically with mock-ups, webpage design and social media posts/campaignsAbility to weave graphic stories around marketing concepts to capture varied audiences.Strong creative sense of understanding of the digital space.Why Join Mediaqart?- Desire for excellence: We are on a fast-paced journey to revolutionize the multi-billion dollar Digital Advertising space and this warrants short hierarchies, quick decision making, and implementation with an execution-oriented approach.- Learning: You will have the advantage to not only baste in the knowledge of industry experts but also have the opportunity to take ownership of the projects that you take up from conception to completion.- People & Culture: We are a highly ambitious team whose hunger for achievement is never satiated.
