The EXL FRAC Team Recruitment & Onboarding Support role can be based in Gurgaon or Noida, India and will provide recruitment support to the US FRAC hiring team.

This role will focus on sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding and other areas of recruitment admin coordination for the US FRAC team requisitions.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience performing recruitment support functions for US based hires – preferably within the Consulting and/or BPO industry.

***Must be able and willing to work US Eastern Standard Time business hours up to 3:00PM EST / 12:00PM IST***

This job can be remote / virtual if the applicants is based near an EXL India office

Recruiter Job Duties:

Responsible for the intake and data entry for opening, updating, and maintaining SRF’s with job requirements in the Ceridian Dayforce Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and posting to job portals.
Assure proper and accurate data entry into the ATS and HRIS for seamless Onboarding of selected candidates for hire.
Intake and collate all needed data via Transfer SRF forms for Internal transfer hiring to US and Canada
Evaluate job applicant resumes and applications for possible fit for Sr. Recruitment Manager and Hiring Managers to proceed with interviews
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
Arrange candidate interviews by coordinating, scheduling, and sending calendar invites as needed
Maintain accurate candidate workflow status’ within the ATS
Will perform other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

HR / Recruitment Support Experience using large software ATS / HRIS data base systems – preferably within the Consulting/BPO/RPO/ITO industry
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
Excellent written and oral communication skills (both internally and externally)
Attention to detail is a must
Must be organized, able to multi-task, team-oriented
Supports Diversity
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Reporting Capabilities
Must be able and willing to work most US Eastern Standard Time business hours
