Job Description : What we’re looking forWe are looking for a qualified Front-end developer to join our talented Tech team. You will be responsible for building the ‘client-side’ of our web applications and portal. You’ll need to translate feedback from internal and external source to improve functionality and user experience.How you’ll contributeThe main responsibilities for the role will include: Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pagesMaintain and improve websiteOptimize applications for maximum speedDesign mobile-based featuresCollaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usabilityGet feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customersWrite functional requirement documents and guidesCreate quality mockups and prototypesHelp back-end developers with coding and troubleshootingEnsure high quality graphic standards and brand consistencyStay up-to-date on emerging technologiesYou should apply if you have: 3+ years of experience within a similar roleQualified to degree level in Computer Science or other relevant fieldExperience with JavaScript, CCS and jQueryAbility to deliver browser testing and de-buggingKnowledge of SEO principles and the entire web development processYou will be a perfect fit with the team if: You are comfortable and unapologetic to rewrite the rulebookYou have an entrepreneurial growth mindsetYou are action and solution-orientatedYou are driven to do right by the customerJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £40,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to Friday
