Job Description : Junior Software Quality Assurance Analyst/Software Quality AnalystWith the role of a responsible team player, expert in web and mobile app testing, create and execute test cases, understand the STLC, apply SDLC, STLC, QC, and QA processes, techniques, tools, and the Agile/Scrum development approach, identify software programme flaws and areas for improvement, and perform troubleshooting the executed script(s)/test suit(s) failure and advising on correct system implementation.SummaryDuties and Responsibilities: Handling web and mobile app testingCreating test cases that are based on business needs.Executing test cases, understanding the STLC, and having manual testing.Meeting with the software design team to discuss verification techniques.Understanding of the SDLC, STLC, QC, and QA processes, techniques, tools, and the Agile/Scrum development approach is required.Managing JavaScript in any automation tool, such as J meter, Postman, Selenium, or Webdriverio.Identifying software program flaws and areas for improvement.Scribbling down some concepts for automated software testing techniques.Examining software bug reports and flagging areas of concernPerforming non-functional testing, such as Performance/Stress/Load using a J meter or another automated tool, will be advantageous.Writing automation scripts and putting software applications in place are two of my specialties.Automated software troubleshooting and system procedures finalizing.Troubleshooting the Executed Script(s)/Test Suit(s) Failure and Advising on Correct System Implementation.Having a thorough understanding of database and API testing.Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT, Software Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field or related field required advanced degree preferred.At least 1-2 years of experience.Completed degree(s) from a recognized institution as per minimum education requirement may be filled in for experience on a year for year basis.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: A clear understanding of QA cycle.Sound knowledge of SDLC/STLC.Understand the technical requirements of the projects.Identify records manage documents thoroughly and track bugs.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication abilities.A desire to learn and the ability to do so.Able to handle pressure and perform well.Distinguishing Characteristics: Position requiresa) perform web and mobile app testing;b) create and execute test cases;c) provide assistance to the team in delivering high-quality web applications, services, and tools for our business;d) understand the STLC, apply SDLC, STLC, QC, and QA processes, techniques, tools, and the Agile/Scrum development approach, ande) perform troubleshooting the executed script(s)/test suit(s) failure and advising on correct system implementation.Conditions of Employment: Employees are required to comply with the COVID-19 vaccination requirement.Working Conditions and Physical Effort: Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.No or very limited exposure to physical risk.Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.Enablers.org offers all essential training according to the policy to ensure employee productivity.What You’ll Need to SucceedTime ManagementConflict ResolutionLeadershipTeamworkWhat You’ll Need to KnowDepartment: Project ManagementTotal Positions: 1Job Type: ProbationExperience: 1 Years – 2 YearsJob Type: Full-time
