The Role Responsibilities
Processes
Maintain the Work Reception Tracker and perform the feasibility study of the Use cases.
Conduct Road Shows to familiarize and for creating new opportunities for AIML across SCB. Promote AIML capacity and capabilities through one pagers and marketing materials
Estimate Time , Cost , Scope , Risk and Quality Requirements for the Use cases
Determine Metrics, prepare PPD Presentment etc
Go through the WR life cycle and ensure all information are collected and factually correct
Engage with stakeholders and / or lean leads to understand the process, landscape and opportunity sizing
Take key decisions – Whether the opportunity is ML use case or not. If yes, then determine whether its ML or ML + RPA or ML + COOL etc
Understand the current process flow, referral reasons, volume per day, cut offs etc
Understand the different systems required to execute the process
Understand whether there is any need of API or RPA
Manage PSF schedule creation and roll out
Perform PSF execution, PSF actions tracking and managing risks
Ensure the Governance and Risk requirements are adhered to.
Set up regular meetings with Lean Leads to discuss on the existing opportunities and any new opportunities.
People and Talent
Hire, nurture talent as required.

Risk Management
Ownership of the delivery, highlighting various risks on a timely manner to the stakeholders.
Identifying proper remediation plan for the risks with proper risk roadmap.

Governance
Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Key Stakeholders
AIML Delivery Team, AIML Model Validation Team, AIML Model Improvement and Monitoring Team, Other stakeholders such as Regulators, etc relevant in a Banking environment.
Our Ideal Candidate
Master’s in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering with exposure to AI & ML a must.
Overall industry experience of around 10 years.
A strong sense of creativity aids in the process of thinking of new product ideas and solving problems creatively.
Experience in managing teams working on AI, ML, Big Data, and Analytics would be an added advantage
