Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” To ensure volume growth, cost efficiency and business continuity for TW business by creating and maintaining channels for customer acquisition and building capabilities to facilitate online customer acquisition.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Planning Drive Projects related Online acquisition of customer. Design end-to-end online customer journey identifying all touch points and drop-off points Identify and align with business on projects/products/initiatives for building horizontal capabilities that help in either improving processes driving efficiency increasing revenue reducing cost or reducing customer complaints through new technologies platforms channels and processes. Mutually decide on prioritization of initiatives to address immediate requirements vs. building longer term capabilities Benchmarking trends in market and Identifying new channels for customer acquisition Conduct detailed planning of projects along with timelines and resources with business and then with IT and other cross-functional stakeholders Work with SMT and different teams to plan and chart-out the AOP initiatives for TW Business Plan for season readiness in terms of system stability capability readiness and production monitoring and support to ensure business continuity and no downtime Identify and incorporate sales team processes on FTE App 2. Design and development For each project/ initiative engage in detailed discussions with field teams to understand on-ground issues and concerns that the project/ initiative aims to address. Detail out the current process being followed. Gather data analyze gaps in current processes and suggest new processes/ capabilities to be implemented. Partner with IT Operations Risk Legal Compliance PMG ARU Customer Service Finance Product & Banking teams to identify system changes and technology solutions to be leveraged. Prepare blue-print of proposed solution and discuss with business stakeholders. Make modifications based on the discussions. Identify and prioritize requirements into phases and ensure delivery of MVP for Go-Live Formulate the Tech-Ops KPIs Process KPIs Business KPIs and Control charts for different platforms and processes created on every platform. Create exhaustive test cases enlisting all scenarios and processes to be tested to ensure effective implementation of change and minimal/no impact on business processes Create the process flows and maps. Drive program management of technology development with the IT team. Track and report milestones. Provide clarity to development team on specific queries/ areas. Escalate any issues and drive resolution. Work with IT for architecture infrastructure database sizing & optimization level discussions or multiple applications – Salesforce ICROS ISD/CIA App Marketplace EDW Co-ordinate with IT to ensure minimal or no impact of proposed changes on business continuity and system performance Manage direct reports to ensure timely delivery of key projects

Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications Qualifications Minimum Qualification: B.E/B Tech (IT/Computer science preferred) & MBA Working experience in multiple SDLC processes Working knowledge of Agile Methodology Working knowledge of SFDC CRM and APIs Work Experience Minimum 4 years of techno-functional-commercial work experience in NBFC/BFSI/FinTech Industry Relevant experience in development and maintenance of App based products Relevant experience in system integrations Experience in Project Management, Product Development & Management, Business Analysis & Lending domain Experience in Project management tools like Azure boards, ZOHO Experience in multiple stake-holder management, conflict management, multi-tasking, decision making, cross-functional team management, sales support management.
