Responsibilities
Responsible to collaborate with design team, technology, and architecture teams. Responsible for the usage of technologies across the existing client products. Build components and perform integration testing. Design and maintain coding standards to improve user experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for Genpact Business. You will function as a senior developer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Expert in JVM languages with Kotlin.
Experience with Java 8, building secure web applications, ideally: MongoDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL
Experience with DevOps technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins and Circle CI
Expert designing, deploying, and operationalizing microservices
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with cloud native development ideally one of the following (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Experience with SPA (Angular preferred but not required)
Knowledgeable about CI/CD methodologies
Nice to haves Elastic search development or equivalent distributed noSQL search
Experience in RESTful API design and development
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build highly performant applications
Build APIs leveraged by web based solutions designed with security and scalability as key tenants
Perform technical reviews, provide constructive feedback, and audit application code for best practices
Provide feedback to peers through code reviews, mentorship, and day to day interactions
Provide expertise and best practices for data storage and retrieval
Demonstrable leadership experience within an engineering environment
Experience of complex and data intensive applications (ideally within the BPM / Workflow domain)
